Card Making Time!

Image
Here's a few cards for you, made with My StampBOX stamps, of course.   This is a super quick, super simple birthday card. The Sock Monkey set comes with stuff for all kinds of occasions, one of which is a party hat! I used Doodlebug papers, kraft card stock, and a pre-folded white card.       Yep, another sock monkey card, and more Doodlebug paper.     This card uses the Enjoy Your Latte set and lots of Christmas Card making leftovers.

Quicky Last Minute Tag

Image
I needed a tag for a rather large gift, cause there's no way I'm wrapping it! So I pulled out my My Stamp Box goodies and whipped this cutie up in a flash. Supplies: tag, scrap of pattern paper, border punch, ribbon, embossing ink, markers, scissors, adhesive, staz on ink, scrap of card stock, cute die cut or other embellishment, stamps and white embossing powder from My Stamp Box.  Super simple. Put a bunch of snowflakes on an acrylic mount, ink 'em up, and stamp the tag. Emboss with the white EP.  Punch a cute border on your pattern paper scrap and add to the tag. Add ribbon along the straight edge.  Stamp the reindeer on a scrap of card stock, color, cut out. Adhere your die cut or other embellishments and then the reindeer.

Christmas Tags with My Stamp Box stamps

I have a new design team gig doe 2014 with a super sweet company called My Stamp Box . They manufacture clear stamps which come in their own storage cases (like CD cases). They are fabulous thick stamps and have taken all of my inks quite well. My very first project with My Stamp Box stamps is Christmas tags! Yes, these are actually on some Christmas gifts. The stamp sets used are: Mini Alpha, Holiday Monkey, HoHoHo , & Mini Pennants .   The Sock Monkey set comes with accessories for all kinds of holidays and he is SUPER adorable! I am totally in love with this cute little reindeer. He's so sweet.   The Mini Pennants make great Christmas Trees when you turn 'em upside down! I stamped the green trees with two inks, and the polka dot tree is simply black ink on kraft card stock. So darling :)   Here's a couple of tags on some gifts. These are for my two best buddies. I think these are adorable.

Crafty Studio, 99.9% Finished SNEAK PEEKS

Image
Well, we've been working on it since July, but the crafty studio is almost finished. It's become a lovely den of pink girly-ness and Disney love. I love being in there, and since I spend most of my day in this room, it makes me very happy. In our nearly 20 years together, I've been constantly trying to carve out some space for myself. With being married young, broke, and with three kiddos right off the bat, it's been very difficult to do so! I've done it all from a tiny armoire in the living room, to a room in the basement, to a desk that took up nearly half of the living room, to a small corner of the bedroom (THAT one didn't last very long. For some reason, my mechanic husband didn't enjoy going to work with glitter on him! HA!). Through it all, hubs has never complained (except for the glitter) and he's always been a great sport. There are still a few small things I need to finish up in the crafty studio (but, alas Spray Painting Season is over, s

More Disney Scrapbook Pages

Walt Disney World August 2012. Our second vacation EVER, and our first child free vacation!   This is the first page of the book.  Goodies cut with dies & the Big Shot. Puffy letter stickers are from Hobby Lobby.   We stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort. It's a moderate resort as far as pricing. It's really pretty, and just HUGE!   I ordered a gift basket from Memories By Betsy, and surprised Pete with it.   Lovely things in China.  Plants were cut on the Cameo. Flowers are Prima. Downtown Disney. We got there about an hour before anything opened and just walked around, enjoying the quiet and chatting with the birds. Here's Germany and the adorable train village. Yeah, we like Epcot.   Soarin'. This is right up there among my favorite pages. Letters and bridge cut on the Cameo.  Itty bitty letters are Doodlebug rub ons. Had someone cut Nemo out for me
