I love the way this turned out!!
Ok, first things first....Create a background using the Distress inks and handle with foam.
Start with the Mustard Seed, then add Iced Spruce.
Add a little more Mustard Seed if ya want.
Next, swipe the Broken China and Iced Spruce over your craft sheet.
Spritz ink with memories Mist, and continue on using the
Wrinkle Free Distress technique.
Be sure to dry well with your heat gun!
Once your back ground is done and dry,
stamp paisley bunch along top and bottom of tag using Iced Spruce Distress Ink.

Stamp funky birdy in black ink.
Stamp the funky birdy in black ink on patterned paper.
Color and cut out the body/neck/head.
Run the cut out birdy through the Xyron, and adhere over birdy stamped on tag.
Stamp birdy in black on pattern paper again.
Color just the body portion, and cut out.
Flip the cut out body over and put Miracle Tape on the back.
Add a cupel of feathers over the Miracle Tape, pressing the feathers onto the tape.
Add a pop dot, and place body over birdy on tag.
Squirt a little Crystal Lacquer into a cup.
Mix in a little Terri Sproul Mixer.
Paint this concoction onto the birdy's beak and shoes, and the dots on his body.
Ink the ribbon of the beaded trim using Distress Inks and handle.
Dry with heat gun.
Adhere trim to bottom edge of tag using Miracle Tape.
Trim ends.
Add ribbons through the hole in the tag.
